Get in Touch With Us
You must be 21 or older to use sportsbooks in most US states, and some places set a different minimum age. Betting involves real risk of losing money. If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).
This is the page to use if you want to contact Top Sportsbook Promos. You might have spotted an outdated promotion, want to question something we wrote, or have an idea for a guide. Below you'll find what to include, what we can and can't help with, and where to go for problems that belong with a sportsbook or a regulator.
What to include so we can help quickly
A short, specific message gets a better answer than a long general one. Where it applies, please tell us:
- The page or sportsbook you're asking about
- What you saw, and where (a screenshot or the exact wording helps)
- The date you saw it
- Your state, if the question is about eligibility
- What you'd like us to check or change
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers, Social Security numbers or copies of ID. We never need them.
What you can contact us about
- Corrections: Promotions, rollover terms, minimum odds and expiration dates can change without notice. Our information was last checked on Sep 29, 2026. If an offer no longer matches what a sportsbook shows, tell us and we'll review it.
- Questions about our reviews: If you want to know how we reached a rating or why an offer is described the way it is, ask. Our ratings are editorial judgments, not customer-review scores.
- Topic suggestions: Tell us if you'd like a guide on how bonus bets differ from cashable funds, how to read wagering terms, or how promotions work around major events.
- Partnerships and business enquiries: Introduce your organization and explain what you have in mind. We may earn commission from some links, but commercial relationships don't decide our rankings, and a message to us can't buy position.
- Accessibility or site problems: If a page won't load properly on your phone or is hard to read, let us know.
What we can't do
We're an independent comparison site, not a sportsbook. That limits what we can help with:
- We can't see, change or fix your account with any sportsbook.
- We can't recover deposits, release withdrawals or reverse a bonus decision. For those, contact the operator's own support team first and keep records of your messages.
- We can't give legal, tax or financial advice. For questions about whether betting is legal where you live, or how winnings are taxed, consult a qualified professional.
- We don't provide picks or predictions, and no message we send should be read as a guarantee of any outcome.
Problems with a sportsbook or payout
Where you can complain depends on the operator. Several of the sportsbooks we review are offshore-style sites. Offshore operators aren't regulated by US state gaming regulators, so state player protections may not apply, and there is a real added risk that a payout is delayed or not paid. Check a sportsbook's licensing claims yourself before depositing, and never deposit money you can't afford to lose.
If you use a state-licensed sportsbook, your state's gaming regulator is usually the right place to raise an unresolved complaint. Look for it on your state government's website. You may also want to read our guide on non GamStop casinos if you're weighing how licensing differs between regions.
Support if gambling is a problem
If betting is stressing you, costing more than you planned, or you find yourself trying to win money back, please pause and reach out for help. It's free and confidential.
- National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), available around the clock.
- Texas readers: You can also use the Texas-specific help options through the Texas Health and Human Services website or by calling 1-800-GAMBLER, which connects you to state-relevant support.
Most sportsbooks also offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in account settings. Bonuses are never worth betting beyond your budget.
What happens after you write
A real person reads each message. We don't promise a set reply time, since volume varies, but factual corrections are prioritized. We may not reply to messages that are abusive, that ask for picks, or that seek help with an operator account. Thank you for helping keep this site accurate.
